Our fabrics are sold by the metre, and most orders are cut specifically to the length you request. Because fabric that has been cut for an order cannot be resold, we are generally unable to accept returns, exchanges or refunds once cutting has taken place. This policy explains exactly when a return or replacement is possible, and how to report a problem with your order.

Claims reported after 48 hours may not be accepted, as we are unable to verify that the issue originated with us rather than after delivery. Once your claim is verified, we will arrange a replacement or process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
We photograph every fabric with care to represent colours as accurately as possible. However, mobile screens, monitor calibration, photography lighting and individual display settings can all cause a fabric's colour to appear slightly different on screen compared to in hand. Minor colour variation of this kind is a natural result of digital photography and is not considered a product defect.
Every length is measured carefully before it is cut and packed. As with any hand-measured fabric, a normal tolerance of approximately ±2–3 cm may occur across a cut length. This is standard industry practice and is not considered a shortfall or defect.
✂ Important: Once fabric has been cut specifically for your order, it cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded — unless the wrong product was supplied, there is a manufacturing defect, or the product was damaged in transit.
